Conferences

SPHQ sponsors a daylong conference annually. Several speakers present on current issues. The topics vary but coordinate to give the attendees a broad spectrum of information.

Meetings

Meetings are held four times a year, most of which are scheduled quarterly.  One of the meetings is devoted to our Annual Education Conference, whereas the other three are categorized as General Business meetings. All meetings include presentations given by locally and nationally-recognized speakers providing overviews of current quality-related topics impacting the work we do as healthcare professionals.  Each meeting also addresses SPHQ business and provides networking opportunities for members and guests.  CPHQ Continuing Education (CE) credit hours (granted through the National Association of Healthcare Quality) are offered for most meetings and issued to current members in good standing.
